The presented results of the psychological study spheres of values and expert estimation competency claimed graduate- designer. Motivated intercoupling competency and systems of life valuables to personalities of the professional, which orientates the person in professions and creates ranked, having for person importance, picture of requirements market labour. Scientific novelty of the work consists in wording and modeling of the decision of the problem of the study psychological aspect of demanded graduates, on example designer.
